Ingredients
- 2 racks wild boar ribs
- 2 tbsp salt
- 2 tbsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 cup honey
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
Instructions
- Preheat smoker to 225°F. Mix salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder, then rub over the ribs.
- Place ribs in the smoker and cook for 2.5 hours, maintaining a steady temperature.
- In a small saucepan, combine honey, apple cider vinegar, and barbecue sauce. Simmer for 10 minutes.
