Ingredients

  • 2 racks wild boar ribs
  • 2 tbsp salt
  • 2 tbsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup barbecue sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat smoker to 225°F. Mix salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder, then rub over the ribs.
  2. Place ribs in the smoker and cook for 2.5 hours, maintaining a steady temperature.
  3. In a small saucepan, combine honey, apple cider vinegar, and barbecue sauce. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. Brush the glaze over the ribs and return them to the smoker for another 30 minutes. Serve warm.
